About Us

JB Cylinder Ltd. was officially inaugurated with the purpose of manufacturing quality gas cylinders for domestic as well as the global market. Our relentless development mindset coupled with our highly extensive experience and strong quality control systems have propelled us to the top of the industry. JB Cylinder Ltd. is currently one of the leading LPG container manufacturers in the world/country. Our state-of-the-art production technology enhances our manufacturing performance and enables us to produce higher quality products.

The manufactured cylinders are wear-resistant and adhere to the strictest safety standards. We engage in continuous research and development to ensure that goal is achieved. JB cylinder has the capability to deliver LPG cylinders of all sizes, dimensions, designs and colors to meet the customers’ demand and standards. At present our production capacity is 4 million per year.

The company is committed to continuously develop its quality system and to deliver products and services that are second to none. This quality assurance system has always been mandatory throughout the lifespan of the company. We assure approved raw materials, quality workmanship and the delivery of finished goods meeting customer requirements.

The metallic liners are tested under the most adverse conditions of pressures, thermal resistance and durability. Two domes are drawn deep and consequently, two halves and a bung are welded by an automatic MAG welding process.

Circle Cutting

Hot Rolled coil sheets undergo automated process of being cut in circles.

Deep Drawing

Deep Drawing is a sheet metal forming process in which a sheet metal blank is radially drawn into a forming die by the mechanical action of a punch with material retention.

Welding

Welding is a sculptural process that joins all the materials by melting the base metal and using a filler material that cools to form a strong base material. Welding process is undertaken by experienced and top class welders at JB Cylinder.

Top

Tops include the cylinder’s valve, protective cap, and the neck ring. Various kinds of Tops are made in JB Cylinder Ltd. according to the customer requirements and standards.

Foot Ring

The foot ring serves a very vital role in the protection of a cylinder. It ensures that the cylinder stands in an upright and level position. JB Cylinder have the ability to make quality foot-rings as opposed to other LP gas marketers.

Normalization

At the end of the process, ‘’normalizing’’ is carried which reforms the chemical composition of the HRC sheet.
